Ingredients: A proprietary blend of green tea, natural flavorings, peppermint leaves, lemongrass, hibiscus, ginseng, and rosemary.
DIRECTIONS
- Ingredients may settle. So, shake it up.
- Place 1-2 teaspoons in a tea steeper or tea press.
- In 8-10 pinces of hot water, steep. Steep FCL black tea for 4-5 minutes. Steep FCFly green tea for 1-2 minutes.
- Stir in any preferred add-ins (milk; lemon; sweetener like agave, sugar, or honey, etc.).
Notes:
- A single serving of steeped tea may be sat aside and reused until flavor has dissipated (generally after 2-3 uses).
- For stronger flavor, steep longer or add an additional teaspoon of tea.
- Keep in mind that steeping longer eventually releases "bitters". See FAQs.
- Some add-ins will alter the flavor of the tea (like lemon or honey).
