Go Big or Go... Half-Ass?

A lot of y’all are half-assing through life!
And as someone who gives their all to everyone and everything (admittedly sometimes to my own detriment), it’s really starting to get on my nerves!
You’re just half-assing your well-being and calling it “doing your best.”
No. You’re not doing your best, Boo!
You’re doing what’s comfortable.
You’re doing what’s convenient.
You’re doing just enough to not feel guilty about staying the same.
And I get it because I’ve absolutely been there.
Meanwhile, you’re watching people like me move different.
Not because we’re lucky.
Not because we have more time…
Or more money or more resources or more friends.
But because we decided that average wasn’t an option.
I don’t do bare minimum energy. Not in business. Not in relationships. Not in life.
Any time I find myself falling into the bare minimum space, I get angry & frustrated. I intentionally facilitate whatever breakdown I need to have to get to my breakthrough and snap the F*@$ out of it!
Why?
Because the bare minimum irks every nerve in my body. The bare minimum creates an entirely new nerve – just to irk that, too! I can’t stand the bare minimum, not from others and definitely not for myself.
So, when I show up, I give all of me - mentally, emotionally, & spiritually.
I make sure the experience, the result, or the moment has excellence written all over it.
(And you can ask my clients about that, Baby!)

When I see people cutting corners, settling for mediocrity, and still expecting applause… it’s insulting. Because excellence is a decision, not a personality trait.
You can choose it anytime you want, but most won’t because it requires more effort.
Well, news flash, Boo Boo Kitty… it takes the same amount of energy to be miserable as it does to be happy. Choose wisely!
You’ll say things like, “I can’t afford it,” or “I don’t have time,” or “I have to choose between this or that.”
And I’m over here thinking, why are you even accepting a life that forces you to choose?
Why not build one that allows both? Both success and peace. Both money and meaning. Both purpose and pleasure. Both gratitude and growth.
That’s what I teach. Not how to “balance it all,” but how to build it all. Because the problem isn’t that you can’t have a First Class Life®.
It’s that you’ve been taught to settle for life’s economy-class with the masses.
You think a First Class Life® is reserved for special people and only something to hope for.
Guess what? I’m not special (and neither is anyone else you admire)!
I just make an intentional effort to do the damn work!
You say you want fulfillment, but you’re too comfortable going through the motions.
You say you want confidence, but you keep doubting your worth. You say you want peace, but you never slow down long enough to create it.
And then you wonder why your life looks successful but still feels heavy.
I’m not here to sugarcoat it. You don’t get a First Class Life from half-assed effort. You get it when you start showing up like your life is the main event, not the rehearsal.
Like I repeatedly told my student athletes this past summer, “How you practice is how you play. It’s the little “boring” things that you do everyday that make the big, game winning differences!”
Same holds true here. It’s the small, intentional thoughts, shifts, and choices you make everyday that make the life winning differences!
You don’t have to agree with me. But you can’t argue with my results.
From a single-parent, low-incoming, working class home to brain-dead and paralyzed to developing a brand with a global reach that helps others to create their First Class Life® full of purpose, fulfillment, and happiness. A life that creates the most impactful ripple effect you could ever imagine.
You deserve a First Class Life®, and I’m here to help you create it. Send me a message on the Contact Me page me to discuss your options!
